Offering two types of strength testing of concrete structures.

1. Non-destructive Testing (NDT)
At GAP Non-destructive testing (NDT) is our preferred strength testing method, which requires ground penetrating radar to eliminate steel bars from our area of concern.

Then using a Digital Silver Schmidt rebound hammer, results for Mpa can be gathered with extreme accuracy whilst leaving no damage to the concrete structure.

2. Destructive Testing

We also offer destructive testing, which requires ground penetrating radar to eliminate steel bars from our area of concern. A core is then taken out of the slab and presented to one of our partners to be crushed and Mpa recorded in a report.

Global Asset Protection will refill the core with a hi-strength grout after photos have been taken for the report.
